By using ID8R, you agree to these terms. They're kept short and readable on purpose. If something is unclear, reach out through our Support page.
ID8R is a platform for creating and hosting personal websites. We provide the tools, hosting, and infrastructure to build, customize, and publish your pages.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure — including your password and any activity under your account. Use a strong password and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person per account, please.
You own what you create. Any content you add to ID8R — text, images, links, designs — remains yours.
By publishing content on ID8R, you grant us a license to host, display, and serve that content as part of the service. This is simply what's needed to make your page work — we won't use your content for anything else.
If you delete your content or your account, this license ends.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
ID8R includes an AI Builder that can help create and edit pages using the blocks available in the platform. AI usage is included with your membership under a fair-use policy.
Fair use means reasonable personal, creator, or small-business usage. We do not impose a hard request limit, but we reserve the right to throttle or restrict access if usage is excessive, automated in bulk, or places unreasonable load on the service.
AI-generated content is subject to the same acceptable-use rules as any other content on ID8R. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing what the AI produces.
ID8R includes hosting for your pages under a fair-use policy designed for normal personal, creator, and small-business traffic.
If a page receives unusually high traffic or creates excessive infrastructure costs, we may contact you to discuss optimisation or a higher-volume arrangement. We do not want to cap normal growth, but we need to keep the platform sustainable for everyone.
We reserve the right to temporarily throttle or restrict pages that are causing service-wide performance issues, and to remove pages being used primarily to serve high-bandwidth assets to external applications.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you do, your pages, content, and uploaded files are permanently removed after a short grace period.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. We'll try to give notice when possible, but reserve the right to act immediately if necessary.
ID8R is a paid service. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings at any time.
Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a new subscription. After that, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have billing concerns.
ID8R is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that things will never go wrong.
To the extent permitted by law, ID8R is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ID8R after changes means you accept the updated terms.
